I think last night's dream may be even more disturbing than the previous night's dream. WHY are my dreams so strange lately? I'm not quite sure. This one involved zombies and vampires; the zombies were trying to eat us, and the vampires were trying to help us. The zombies didn't bother the vampires, because the vampires were already dead, so the vampires could protect us by walking around us. Except there was one vampire that wanted to have sex with me, but I didn't want to, because I was afraid he'd try to bite me and suck all my blood out while we were doing it.

I guess, if this is a side effect of quitting smoking (which I'm wondering if it is), then it's slightly better than being angry and stuffing my face all the time, but it sure makes me feel like a weirdo.

Stress in general in relation to job, doggie, dad and stuff can always help make your dreams be all funked up.

Mine tend to be really weird when i'm stressed out.

It's the quitting of the smoking. For the first two weeks after you quit it's said that the dreams don't necessarily get any more bizarre than usual (though they can), but they do get a lot more vivid and easy to remember in the morning due to the lack of nicotine wreaking havoc on your sleep patterns.

Are you using any over the counter methods to help? The patch is supposed to make it even worse.
